Hola, everything was ready for us when we arrived to pick up the car. Staff was friendly and helpful. We felt us welcome. The car was what we expected, great and clean. Great service. Will highly recommend!!

Great experience, great service. There are numerous options on the island, but we chose Doral Auto precisely because of the excellent reviews. They did not disappoint and went out of their way to accomodate me (I had indicated I would meet them at specific time to pick up the car, but I wasn't sure where exactly I need to pick it up; they asked me where I was and came to pick me up in person). Great team and company (and no surprises).

Car was in perfect working order. Honest and friendly people that charge you what is right, and do not surprise you with random extras at the end. I will definitely use their services again on my next trip to Menorca.

I've rented a car with Doral Auto for 7 days in Menorca, and I must say everything went as they describe, "with no surprises"having read many reviews with other companies complaining about hidden charges, fees, and even more scarier stuff, the people at Doral Auto was very professional and nice.
They refunded the franchise (€400) at the same moment I returned the car, no questions asked.
I would definitively contact them whenever I come back to this lovely island. 100% recommended.response / report this review
