Pick up from the airport with electrical van, ready to go when we arrived, 5 min. driving to the rental agency. Got a hybrid Toyota Yaris, great car! A big supermarket is right next to the agency, handy if you are on your way to your apartment or airbnb! When we had to bring back the car we had to take the plane early in the morning. Of course it was raining, dark, and we lost the way. Big panic arriving 30 minutes too late. But the renter threw the paperwork aside and us in the van and we were on time at the airport. Thank you!!

Very good service from start to finish. Transparent policies and polite helpful staff. No hard sell of supplementary insurance or scare tactics. Very happy with this company and would both use again and recommend 👍

We booked a car online and picked it up in front of the airport. Very easy and quick. No hidden extra fees and full assurance. We got an almost new car. Drop off also easy. We left it early in the morning on the same parking with the keys inside. Price was very reasonable.

The service was very good. When we arrived at Mahon Airport the shuttle Van was ready to start. No waiting at the desk, the staff was friendly and we got the car immediately.
The Returning process was also very easy.A small negative point: We had to wait half an hour in blazing sun for the shuttle back to the airport cause of a great rush at the returning point.

A short 5 min shuttle from Menorca airport. However not a good experience. I was charged a 35 euro late pick up fee for no reason. I wasn't shown around my car, fuel tank wasn't full when it was supposed to be. I topped up full on return and they charged another 10 euro for no reason on the fuel refund. My rental car was filthy and collected from a dark area where inspection of rental condition is not possible. I walked round with my phone torch but clear pictures were near impossible to take. The only plus side was that the shuttle transfer was on time both ways with no waiting around. I've had a rental from Menorca many times however would never get one again from Owners Car.

Name not marked at airport or at shuttle, or at venue. It is another trading name for Owners. This 'brand' charge full to empty on fuel - like the old days - I have not come across that pricing for years and years and they don't make it clear to you at all. It's a scam. They admit personally that the conditions for Autos Menorca are not good but say there's nothing they can do about it. Unbelievable. Do not use.
