  The experience has been disastrous. And they haven't even come home.
  
  They call me on the first day to make an appointment, they propose a two-hour slot and they tell me that the technician will call before to specify the exact time. The technician calls me twice in a row while I'm on the phone and doesn't call back all day.
  In the afternoon a woman calls me in an angry tone saying that the technician has called me many times and I have not taken it. I tell him that this is a lie and that the technician has only called twice in 2 minutes.
  
  I make another appointment and I am told again that the technician will call me to specify. I wait all day for the call and it doesn't come through. I wait at home in the agreed time slot and nobody shows up or calls me.
  The next day the same woman calls me with an equally angry tone saying that the technician has been on my portal and no one has attended to him. My portal has a doorman and the telephone does not work. The technician had my phone. He did not deign to call me and did not ask the concierge (perhaps he did not see her).
  
  Two days in which nobody has come, treating me as if I was the culprit.
  
  Find another technical service.

  Good morning, our experience with Setesa Bcn has been satisfactory. We called the official SAT Bosch on a holiday, I explained my problem with the boiler, they took the data from us, and they informed us that the company Setesa Bcn would contact us. In short, the next day we had the boiler repaired by a professional, in this case Mr. Jorge, fast and professional service. They informed us of rates, and we finally decided to choose an annual maintenance. Wishing that this new hire is fluid and correct. Any news, I will report here for new and doubtful customers. Thank you.

  On 22/10/21 a SETESA technician came to check our Juncker boiler. He is a great professional. The job very well done and very clear explanations of the problem we had with the boiler.

  Efficiency, punctuality, seriousness, kindness. You can't ask for more. The technician who has come to the house is called Toni Andreu. Fantastic!
