My Junkers heater was leaking water through the water flow regulator, that is, a perfectly localized fault. I called to request a quote for the replacement of the part. They told me impossible, that first I had to pay 30eur for displacement + 30eur for diagnosis + VAT = 72.60eur for something that I already know, and then they would tell me how much the part + replacement + labor cost. I told them that if they told me how much it cost what I wanted to change and I accepted it, the technician could now bring the part and change it, and thus he would not make two trips (time is money, especially for those who pay it at 72eur / h ). Well, nothing, mission impossible, it must have been a small thing and they were not interested. I try plan B, because I have read that most repairs are expensive and after a few years if one thing does not fail another one fails. I indicate that I am also considering the complete replacement with another new Junkers watertight heater and that if you can make a budget for one of 11 liters + installation. Well, neither, that without a visit and without paying the 72.60eur there is nothing to do. Well goodbye very good. Too bad that a leading brand like Junkers has this type of authorized Technical Service! Now I think I will opt for a Cointra or a Corberó, which are also cheaper than Junkers.

Unfortunately, it is a robbery, from € 72.60, displacement and diagnosis, the first thing that tells you better to replace the heater, when it is practically new, it is not even 3 years old, then they make a repair estimate for changing a part of almost € 400, more than the cost of the new heater, according to them the piece is worth € 120, plus two hours, prior to gold, 107.80 every hour and they need 2 hours to change the piece, plus materials and VAT, so € 400 to repair the heater, and for more they tell you that other anomalies may come out, so they do not guarantee the repair
