Ramiro, the boy who came, spent 4 hours cleaning 5 windows (only the window, he said that the blinds were too long, neither mosquito nets nor the rails where the windows move) and from the kitchen the furniture on the outside and the marble. Without a doubt I have felt cheated I do not recommend it to anyone.

Very easy to use. Filters and connects cleaning professionals with clients for a commission. It is simple and fast. As a negative point, you cannot pay exactly what you hire, but you have to hire pre-established price bonuses, and there is always a peak left over on the platform. They don't have a mobile app yet.

- You have to top up your account to contract a service, which of course does not match service price, so you'll always loose money or have to stay with them for long time
- Profile selection is a scam, you'll be assigned another one
- Poor quality of service: arrived late, did the minimum and not even properly
- Website user experience is under average
- Definitely not recommended

very dodgy way to charge for the cleaning.

You are allowed to charge your account only with pre-set "packs". The packs have a value designed in order to make it impossible for a user to "use" all the money in his/her account.
(other services let you add to your account the amount you want, without pre-set packs)

Therefore, whenever a user wants to stop the service with MyPoppins, he/she will always loose money. No refund.

The only way is to buy more packs, but again you must buy "packs" and there is no way to use MyPoppins's services (2 hours, 3 hours, try any combination) in order to go down to "zero" euros in your account.
