Central hotel for shops. Roof top pool and sunbeds. Very friendly hotel. Staff were great. We booked during local Fiesta. Don't go then if you don't like fireworks and loud bangs any time of day or night.
This hotel was good value. Food was generally good and plenty of it!
For a city hotel it was good. Also a Saga hotel so we signed up for some of their trips which were very good.

Very well situated in the old town. Rooms clean and tidy with modern fittings and comfy beds. Breakfasts brilliant,evening meals good but not brilliant. Bread and butter pudding must not be missed, best ever. Staff friendly and helpful. Will return

Rooms were clean, although if you get an inner room facing the back wall of the building next door it makes do different how clean it is, you feel trapped in a shoebox, try to secure an outer room with a view over the streets!
If you intend to sleep though, don't stay here, it seems this part of town simply doesn't sleep!
It's a nice central place to stay, but we recommend staying over near the Gran Bali, at least you've a chance of some peace & quiet!
The rooftop pond, is just that, it's tiny! Half a dozen people in and it's full. Not so bad in the quiet season I suppose but it's good for sunbathing.

Excellent clean friendly Hotel. Good food and drink. Weather hot . Pool lovely and cold . Would come here again. Brilliant location. Smack bang in the middle of the shops and bars . The beach is on our doorstep..

Very nice stay so far. Not been up to the roof for the pool as we only arrived yesterday afternoon. The room is nicely decorated and it's very clean. The hotel that we have seen so far is also up to a high standard and cleaning staff seem to be constantly around. Hotel is around three minutes walk to the beach and just.over five minutes to the Old part of Benidorm. Breakfast was a buffet and had lots to choose from. Not a fan of the local tea, so I now know why people bring their own tea bags with them!

Great location in downtown Benidorm. But due to it's location a bit noisy.

I have used this hotel on numerous occasions and it offers excellent service with friendly helpful staff and the food is also good. It is ideally located centrally on the main pedestrian shopping area in the Old Town. Plenty of shops, bars, cafes and restaurant right on your doorstep.

It's all too hit and miss with the apartments. The one we got was tired and run down. The Frigde had no handle with half the shelves missing. The staff are hit and miss to. Some are lovely while others are miserable. The only thing that keeps me going is the localisation. However, it is not my first choice anymore

Lovely clean rooms, lucky to get a sea view. Food OK. Entertainment OK. Service in bar quite friendly. Plenty of shops bars and restaurants if you venture out.
