I don't like pulling places down but the food in here was only three star no where near 4 star
We had half board and in the end we ended up eating out all meats were cut like thin slices of boiled ham even the steaks
The breakfast was poor too thin bacon and 50% fat hard beans I tried their cornflakes never been cornflakes not kelleggos
The sound also travels from room to room there was a lot of older people in and I do believe that they had their TV volume up and at 8am in the morning is not on
What I did like about this place was there were some English beers on sale at the bar and the rooms was very clean
Benidorm Plaza is in a great spot too far enough from new town from the noisy bars and near by old town

Lovely hotel and location but the staff was all rude!! And being an all spanish hotel clearly had a problem we was english!!

This 4 stars hotel has a great location to the Main Street and the old town and just 5 min to the beach. Nice swimming pool always has warmed water.

8Mordern looking hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff all round e.g. reception, dining room and her staff. Good maid service. Very clean hotel.
Enjoyed my stay so much will be going back next year. When I went spanish people were on their holidays it was so good to go to Spain and actually be around the lovely spanish people.
The entertainment was more for the Spanish but enjoyed all the same. The food in the restaurant was very spanish but hay I was in Spain and I enjoyed trying good the Spanish would eat. Had a lovely lovely time.
The hotelcia on The Lavante beach but very close to the old town so had the best of both. Loved it loves it.
Thank you Hotel Benidorn Plaza are you next year. :)
