It’s a bright and clean hostel but very bad sound proofing I can hear my phone ringing in two rooms away and you can definitely hear your neighbors chatting and even joining themdespite very very bad sound proofing, overall it’s a good hostel.

Great Hostel in a great location in Bilbao. New facilities and modern design. There is private yards where you can enjoy the sun during your stay in Bilbao.
Highly recommenced hostel if you are in Bilbao.. =)

I did not get to the Hostel. We made a reservation and payed instantly via PayPal. A few days later (actually it was 4 days before we arrived at Bilbao) I made a call as I did not get a confirmation. They told me the reservation could not be made as the Hostel was fully booked. I am very furious that we did not get informed about it earlier, as they should have already known the moment we made the reservation and payed. The next thing was that the repayment took almost 2 weeks and I had to call again to get information. It was not possible for us to book a new hostel in such a short time without beeing connected to the internet or having other devices. Thanks a lot!

Good rooms and service was great but the common room is set in a bad location. Very good if you just need it to rest for the night.
