  Good room in hotel set in an industrial area close to Bilbao's exhibition centre. 25 minutes walk along mainly industrial amd sometimes no-pavement roads to get to area with restaurants. Breakfast fine but basic, staff friendly.

  Es un hotel malo a precio de muy bueno pero lo peor es el personal antipatico impertinente e inaceptable que no cumple ni unos minimos de educacion y mucho menos de hospitalareidad,una autentica mala suerte haber caido en este hotel con esta gentuza que lo lleva,esta en un poligono se alojan trabajadores de fabricas y nos tratan como basura porque saben que lo tienen lleno siempre,lo peor que he visto en mi vida

  The hotel had nice rooms, with all kind of preperations for people with mobility difficulties. But in the other hand the food was very poor.
