Travelling with car is a good safe option staying the parking is expensive 15€/ night

It's the best hotel in Vitoria-Gasteiz. It has got 5 stars. It's on Lakua. It haves suits, normal apartaments and it havs very good service. It's a little bit expensive.

We had high hopes for what appeared to be a decent hotel restaurant. The food was awful, only exceeded in dreadfulness by the rude slow and incompetent service. This is rare in Spain and should be noted. Avoid! Really!
Note the second photo shows my food, with wife still waiting for hers. For ten minutes! The first photo show my plate after I had eaten all I could and my wife had given me her meat (she could not eat it at all). The meat was barely edible and mostly gristle. The chips tasted off as fried in bad oil.response / report this review -

New Hotel in a residencial area, You find parking easy. Quiet neighborhood. 3 mms from Vitoria Centre.
