Bien cuidado y limpio, variedad de plantas, zona de recreo infantil, asientos y caminos de paseo, en Verano poca sombra en los columpios y un poco molestos los mosquitos tigre, llevar protección

Muy bonito con una fuente que sube y baja, sube y baja, y columpios para los ninos. Te puedes sentar un rato para charlar con los amigos.

Lovely place to sit and watch the fountains shooting up.
Just off the main road going from the seafront up to the Highway - the Avenida Juan Carlos I - near the smaller of the two Carrefour supermarkets and opposite the Health Centre lies this little gem of a park.
A children's playground, of course. But also lots of very attractive plants, shrubs and trees, and loads of benches to sit and ponder on life, love, and where you are going to eat this evening.
It has two special points.
Firstly, there is an enormous fountain in the centre, worthy of a park ten times the size. This fountain has what the French call "Water games - Jeux d'eau", by which they mean that the fountain has different jets that go up and down in turn, making watching them a real treat.
And to make it even better, you can see the pointed church tower through the spray - a lovely sight!.
The other special feature is an iron sculpture. It shows two figures adding - and removing - words from the pages of a book.
The word being removed is: Ignorancia - I don't need to tell you that in English, it's obvious.
The words added include Faith, Happiness, Goodness, Truth, Justice, Education, Liberty, Duty, Rights, Duty, Peace.
A statue that is a poem in itself.
Sit in the park, there are masses of benches, read the poem, watch the jets of water. And enjoy life in Estepona.
And then decide where you are going to eat this evening. :-)

It is not that big, but it is just nice. Its central fountain cools down the air on hot days.
