Cosy hotel with atmospher. Good service and helpfull personnel.

The room was noisy and the mattress was poor. The WiFi didn't always work in the room. Worst of all the cleaning lady threw away our laundry thinking it was trash. First this was not a problem as they told us that the hotel had an insurance but when we talked to the director the following day the story changed 180 degrees. The hotel insurance wouldn't cover it as it was not stored in the safe. Who stores his laundry in a safe? (also there was no safe in the room!) We lost over 200 euro in clothes without reaching any solution. In the end I issued a formal complaint. This hotel is best avoided!

We have stayed here a few times and it never disappoints. Easy to find, easy to park, interesting decor and lovely, friendly staff. The rooms are large and comfortable and the food is good too.

The reception manager is racist, I phoned from England to respond to a job posting and told me that accepts applications from women only.
Long live the European community with laws that are not are put into practice by all member states.response / report this review
