Muy bonito espacio con columpios, tobogán, fuentes para beber y bancos para sentarse.

Con muchas plantas y árboles para dar sombra.

Cerca del mercadillo del miércoles, para poder descansar después de las compras.

    .

    Small but perfectly formed!

This is probably the smallest of the Estepona parks, but it packs a lot in.

It takes up the whole of a (small) block, and interestingly it has fancy gates at the four corners. These are locked each night - but not until nearly midnight in the summer months, to allow everyone to take advantage of the cooler evenings.

The park is built on a slope, which gives it an interesting layout. It has trees, shrubs, flowers, herbs (people have been known to pop in for a sprig of Rosemary for cooking lamb), some pretty statues and a couple of small ponds. And drinking fountains.

It also has that Estepona staple of a good playground for the children, and some very nice seating under a shady arbour.

I find it a pleasant place to while away an hour reading the paper or a good book. And when you've finished, just two minutes' walk away is the lovely Bar Olimpo - check out the review - for a super coffee or perfect cup of hot chocolate, or a cooling beer or fruit juice.

Delicious - both the park and the bar!
