  Muy buen servicio y geniales instalaciones. Los trabajadores muy amables. Lo único por lo que no doy las 5 estrellas es porque es bastante impersonal en la relación entre los clientes.

  Llevo años acudiendo a diferentes gimnasios y puede decir que lo que he encontrado en el club metropolitan es algo totalmente distinto. No sólo es un gimnasio, es más bien un agregado en el cual puedes disfrutar de un listado enorme de clases dirigidas, un estupendo gimnasio, piscina y un spa para aquellos momentos en los que sólo quieres relajarte. Sin duda la experiencia que se vive en sus instalaciones es muy recomendable.

  Es perfecto, quizá con exceso de salas de espera (incluso en el vestuario), pero espacioso, agradable y un ambiente seguro donde la gente se respeta.

  (Resumén en Castellano: me han cobrado 200 euros despues de la terminación de mi contrato, y no me han devuelto el dinero) I signed up for a 6 month membership in August 2015. I was given a basic walk through of what the package included, however, my Spanish wasn't good enough to read the legal fine print in my contract which stated that unless I came in in person to cancel after my initial 6 month contract I signed was up, the gym could continue to withdraw money from my bank account. 2 and a half months after I stopped going to the gym (having been away for much of that time and without access to my bank statements), I looked at a bank statement and realized the gym was STILL taking money from me. I quickly contacted the gym, but was offered no apology, no refund, no credit towards future gym prices. I was given no warning in the form of an email, letter, or phone call asking me if I wanted to extend my gym membership. It cost me nearly 200 euros. Needless to say, I will not be recommending this gym to anyone anytime soon.
