Very good service considering the price paid. Close to the beach and the bus station. It is a 15-20 minutes walk to the train station. Food choice was great for both breakfast and dinner.

Excellent stay with good food and friendly staff. Not enough electrical outlets in the bedrooms but the rooms were cleaned daily and bedding and towels changed on a daily basis. Hotel requires some updating

This hotel is okay it's central as plenty of amenities for both adults and kids . The only thing I find with this hotel. Is that we stayed in one of its superior rooms. But found that it needed some repairs carrying out and much needed decorating done . But apart from that it was clean and comfortable.

great location not far from beach 250m but all down hill and after a long day playing in the sea with my kid it can take a while to get back to hotel. food is good but there is no outdoor eating at meal times. but there is a snack bar near the pools so you can grab something there. staff speak good English. only reason this gets a 2 stars is it is looking a bit worn around the edges. we have had to move room twice because the first was right above the stage and trying to get your two year old kid to sleep when the music does not stop until passed midnight at the room has no sound proofing. second room was cleaned before we arrived but not to a great standard and a bad smell of drains from the bath we reported this and all the cleaner did was put a bit of bleach down and left the smell was back about an hour later so we had to speak to the desk twice to get something done. there first response when you want something doing is to move you rooms what is fine if you don't have kids and a lot of bags. I think they just palm of the fault in the room to the next customer and see if they complain and so on until the end of the season. sorry there seems to be more bad than good. plus side kids pool is great down side the rooms.

Only given 3*s but verging on a 4*. Especially good for children. Comfy beds, towels and bedding changed every other day. But food repeated every week although plenty of choice. The biggest fault is the position of the hotel. .it's up "cardiac hill"therefore not good for the elderly etc. Very pleasant staff and very clean pool areas. Enjoyed it here.

It's okay for a short stay but not overally amazing nor luxurious.
Rooms quite dated and no real attention to detail - basic! Air con is really good!
Food in the restaurant is what you would kind of expect for an all inclusive holiday dealvery "samey" but also tasty!
Bar staff were very friendly and attentive, great service; entertainment staff also!
Cocktails were lovely - if you like pina coladas - they are fab!response / report this review -

Basic and clean hotel. Decor is very 1970s but apart from that there is little to fault the hotel. The facilities are basic but it is only a 3 star hotel. The restaurant serves simple food which I have found edible and always plenty of choices.

It is in a great location, the hotel caters for all, there is entertainment for the very young to the very old every night. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. The hotel needs a bit of cosmetic updating , I would recommend this hotel to everyone. I would most definitely come back and stay here again. ☺.

This hotel is well located 5 minutes from the beach and handy for local shops and restaurants / bars. We travelled by local train from Malaya airport for about 2 euros and then walked 20 minutes downhill to the hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The half board food is good with plenty of choice. The staff seem friendly and helpful.

Although the rooms are dated they are very clean. The food was excellent although the breakfast food was quite cold and I love a hot cooked breakfast. The staff are friendly and the service excellent. I really enjoyed my stay, over the Christmas holiday. I left an item behind which was handed in and sorted out for me. Thanks you hotel Bali staff
