This is a very special book store in Madrid. The stock of subjects and authors is extensive. Books are shelved in a logical manner and the staff is very attentive. A key note about Alcaná is their prices are very competitive and their shipping charge from Madrid to the U.S. is very reasonable. Although they are not in "downtown" Madrid they can be reached by public transportation. A visit to Alcaná would be well worth any book buyer's time and interest while in Madrid.
