Very nice clean hotel friendly staff with good food well presented although it may have been a limited menu what we did have was well received really good meal I would willingly use this hotel again .

The rooms are clean and of a good size for the price. Nice and very helpful staff.
The food in the restaurant is overpriced for being just warmed up deep frozen dishes.

Very comfortable and modern hotel. The car park is a little on the small side. Staff are very helpful and English speaking. Good breakfast. The rooms are spotless. The surrounding area is not very attractive. There's a huge shopping centre opposite which is accessible via a footbridge. If you're wanting to stock up on a few things there's a big Auchan supermarket there.

Be CAREFUL Clean, nice rooms, but the central heating is not working. Reception will say that it takes time to warm up but is a white lie as a result, you might have a bad night, as I did :-). (Contacting the management got no response, hence the One star rating)

Room very clean, quiet and comfortable, en suite excellent. Restaurant and bar very good, especially skewers! Reception staff could not have been more helpful, even advising me on the bus to take into central Bilbao and supplying a map of the centre of the city. The surroundings were not of great beauty I admit, but very near the motorway to Santander and/or Bilbao docks. Free parking especially handy - for the sort of hotel you would expect Ibis to be, how could it be improved?

Hotel staff are multilingual, understanding, and welcoming. Our room had a needed extra bed which in turn made the room slightly small but still comfortable. Overall, both hotel and room had a high level of cleanliness.
