  From 2 days we haven't internet ( wi-fi) !!! I spoke whit personel 5 times !!!! They only restarting router but that doesn't help! I ask them to call service but they won't do this What the f??!!! Now I sitting in bathroom because in room no Wi-Fi..wasting time!!!!

  Therw was a convention going on at the time and it was quite noisy, room was comfortable nevertheless and the rest of the service was decent.
