  Temperature today reached a max of 84 F. When I tried to use A/C I was told it was not working and was not necessary because it would be cold tonight. The solution? Open the window. The only problem is now 10:30 and is rather warm. I guess is going to be a long night. Did not sleep a wink. Apparently this neighborhood has very talkative dogs.
  
  Other than that jewel that should be taught in hospitality school, it has ample parking and the typical breakfast for this level of hotels is included. It is located in an industrial zone about 10 km from the center of the city. Staff is helpful.
  
  Forgot to mention a carpet that has seem better days and the fact that I had to fix the toilet seat. For more than 100 Euros, maybe I was too generous.

  Clean rooms, professional staff and excelent breakfast. They provide towels, shampoo, body gel and hair dryier.

  La habitación estaba muy limpia y ordenada, sencilla pero con todo lo necesario para pasar una noche cómoda. El baño correcto y limpio aunque el lavabo un poco pequeño. Los dos problemas que encontré fueron que el sistema de climatización solo calentaba, nada de frío aunque la temperatura era soportable. Por otro lado aunque exprese mi preferencia por una cama de matrimonio me dieron una habitación con cama separadas. El desayuno está bien, no de los mejores pero adecuado.

  Pros: rooms are OK, parking is free and plenty. Cons: breakfast is cheap (juices are a joke), room is hot (no AC even when it is +30C inside the room in April), cleaning does not resupply new disposal mugs or spoons, there is nothing near the hotel except industry and countryside (only one restaurant with terrible service).

  Good location for people needing a place near their working area. Good service, fast and polite. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast can be improved.

  Confortable place, good breakfast but a little bit far from Vitoria and the frequency bus is really bad after 8:30 am or weekends.
