we checked out after 3 hours. Bath was dirty. Beds uncomfortable. Small room with one window facing to nowhere. Missing fence on the window (ground floor). The staff was having lunch at the patio in front of our room. Ringing mobile phones, loud chatting after telling this at reception a very furious housekeeper told me that they are educated and how it comes that a (permanently) ringing phone may disturb! This is the wrong answer to a customer complaint. The man at the reception was friendly and agreed to our proposal to pay for one night, without staying there. We payed for one night, but got the other 2 nights refunded. Don't go there if you can afford something else. It looks nice on pictures, but that's it.

Well located down a quiet street, my room (16) was a bit shabby and small, but was a solo traveller so no biggy. Fridge and air con worked a treat and great to have. This was probably their worst room as the shutters are broken, so street light glares in at night, little to no natural light through the day. Staff could be happier but some places are just like that. Decent price/amenities/location, not as romantic as the lobby suggests.

Nice hotel, at fair price. In a nice area, with lots of shopping opportunities. About 10-15 min walk to main sights.

What a great place!
I really strongly reccomend you go here, it's the perfect spot! The people are nice, it's central yet quite. Very clean and you get so much for your money! Have been in Spain for two weeks and this was the best place! :)response / report this review -

Nice and clean hotel, friendly staff in the middle of Seville's old city.
Nice architecture.
Rooms are air conditioned, there is a free WiFi.

stayed at this hotel for three nights , best thing about it was the location , central . the " superior " room was small and some problems with the bathroom , sink stopper did not hold the water , bulb in overhead light not working , fixed , and no shower cap . Enjoyed Seville .

Elegant old building in a great location in the old town. Rooms are quite small but nicely appointed and spotlessly clean. Beautiful old tiled decoration in the communal areas. Roof terrace and gym. Would recommend and would stay again.

Wasn't staying there. Just visiting a friend. Rooftop terrace was very nice though No nice view. Rooms looked Clean and compfy. Beds are neat
