Value for money. Location and price are great. Nice, friendly and helpful reception. The room was quiet and clean.
El hotel es aseado, y tiene lo justo para estar cómodo para estar 2 días en Sevilla. Personal atento y amable. No sirven desayunos, tienen parking en el hotel y si tu coche es grande tienen convenio con el corte ingles y lo aparcas ahí.
Nice hotel with good rooms. Nice places to eat very close by and 10 minutes to the center. Only issue is the proximity to the street which is a little noisy with passing traffic
A good hotel just in the downtown
3 LGBT travelers checked into what was a seemingly open minded hotel only to be descriminated against. We checked into our hotel today and after a horrible experience we were forced to find a room elsewhere.
We had a room with 4 beds. When my partner arrived later in the day, the desk clerk would not permit his entrance, would not allow me to register him as a guest and said no guest were allowed. When I said I would add him to the reservation since there was room for 4 people he also said no.
After talking with him and arguing that he wasn't allowing my partner to come up, I checked trip advisor and found that other travelers have had this problem where others were not allowed. The manager, Pablo Gomez, responded to bad reviews saying that they do indeed permit guests. If you look at the reviews he left a 5 star review FOR HIS OWN HOTEL on Facebook. So it appears they were discriminating. I showed him the online comments and that he either lied to us or was lying to people online. He denied both.
I told him if I can't register my partner, even with an additional fee, I would cancel all my reservations and leave because that's discriminatory. He said he would not cancel my reservation. He also said he was going to call the police! My only guess is that this establishment is homophobic. I told him that our experience has been terrible and he did not seem to care.
I'm highly upset that I had to find a new hotel to stay at in the middle of the night. I've never been so humiliated. I don't think they are gay friendly yet yet are ACROSS THE STREET from the gayest area in southern Spain. Since Mr. Gomez has tried to tell other reviewers that perhaps they had the wrong hotel In their negative reviews: this is for hotel venecia Calle Trajano, 31, 41002 Sevilla, Spain.
Vote with your euros/dollars. Don't ever accept this kind of treatment.
Wonderful hotel. Staff is amazing, and so helpful. Pricing is really reasonable. The location is ideal. A block and a half from Cortes Ingles and 2 1/2 blocks from Calle Siepes and some of the best shopping in town! Highly recommended! Ole, and Flamenco friendly!
