We found two cockroaches in the bathroom.
When we told the responsible, she asked if our room was at the first floor where cockroaches can enter easily; she was surprised that we were at the second floor.
She proposed to spray some poison, but we preferred to leave the hotel.
We asked for price reduction, as we were not going to have breakfast, but she denied.
Eventually she applied a 5% reduction.

    Bad experience.

Suitable rooms, with AC, but AC not working well and the rooms are small, but cosy. The furniture is few years old.

Inexpensive. Extremely clean. Street in the centre. Car has to be parked else where. Plaza de Armas public park is nearest but one night of parking can cost more than 20 euros.

Clean, beautiful and in a good position in the city centre. There are few sockets in the rooms so I recommend bringing a multi socket adaptor from home

Charming B&B in Seville, in what used to be an Andalusian house. The rooms are basic, but clean and well maintained and provided with basic toiletries. The daily buffet breakfast is good, includes cereals, croissants, toast, ham, cheese, yoghurt, coffee\tea and I even saw a gluten free bread\biscuit of some sort. The staff are very helpful too.
There are no lifts here so you should be travelling light!

I'll start with the most positive thing about this hotel: The service was great. Everyone was extremely helpful. There was nothing particularly wrong with it, but there are a few things to note.

The rooms all differ (we were originally given a room with two twin/single mattresses), but the one in which we ended up had very little natural light, was a bit dark even with the artificial lighting (due to the decor), and was completely unventilated. That included the bathroom, so odors and steam would linger.

The breakfast was pretty mediocre, but even with breakfast being included the rate was very reasonable. We were there during the low season, so this might not be the case in the warmer months, but our weekday nights were almost half what we were paying elsewhere, and the one weekend night we stayed there it was comparable to, if not slightly less than, other hotels on our trip. With those room rates, you can easily afford to skip their breakfast and find somewhere else to eat.
