Poor location - nice economical hotel - in the middle of nowhere - you need your own transport.

I stayed here by the airline, when a connection flight was missed due to a long delay. The staff was friendly, the rooms very clean and spacious. Mine had, besides the bedroom and the bathroom, a living room and even a dinning room area. The bedroom had a double bed. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a decent size. Breakfast was included, which was a very complete buffet, with all types of food, hot, cold, pastries, juices, etc. There is a shuttle y o and from the airport. And the airport is close by. All very convenient. The only drawback is that it is not in the city of Madrid - that is why I don't give it 5 stars. But other than that, it is a very good place to spend the night if you need to be near the airport, and don't care about going into the city.

You've probably gotten put here by an airline after missing your connection. You're probably tired and disgruntled. But the place is actually nice. Dinner is buffet style and its not filled with choices but its well prepared. The rooms are modern and laid out nicely. The staff is friendly. Relax and get ready to kick tomorrow's butt.

So far, so good. A bathing cap is mandatory for the Pool. If you don´t have one, you may buy it in the Hotel´s Shop. I bought my last bathing cap 35 years ago. Maybe the Management takes into account, that we have arrived in the 21st century and changes this rule.

Very far from any public transport, they charge a lot for the shuttle bus to airport, something other hotels dont dowell staff is nice and restaurant is good food by a fair price.

Nice Rooms but in an industrial area. Up to 18mins walk to bustop/station. Rooms with kitchens only available for minimum of 7night stay with a payment of £15 per night for cleaning and the store on the premises has lots of bare shelves and not enough stock. Staff are nice and polite though. I tried the breakfast and dinner buffet and preferred the dinner. The pastries were too dry at breakfast!

A good hotel in a not so pretty part of town but relatively close to the airport. Friendly staff and spacious rooms.
