Unfortunately I have to stay every time I am here for work and I never enjoyed staying in this hotel. The breakfast looks gross and the rooms are poorly equipment. To get a towel for the pool you have to go to the reception to pick it up. Pool chairs also broken for months already. I was not allowed to take a cup of coffee to the room. There is not even a water boiler to prepare tea or coffee in the room. I ask to provide one in my room because I am staying for one week. They were not able to because it is only an amenity of a suite. At least the staff us friendly!

Nice hotel in a quieter area and still close to older part of city. Rooms are too warm and temperature control not working in my room. Most guests from our tour group have to open the windows to let in cool air.

Fantastic stay. Hotel staff is super friendly friendly! Very clean, the pool area is great! Drinks by the pool are even better. And they have a Michelin star rated restaurant. Prices are not too high and you are close to most attractions and great tapas restaurants.

We had a leak in our room and brought this issue up with the receptionist who arranged for another room for us straight away. The staff were friendly . Room service was great. Room was quiet and clean. What more do you need from a hotel?

Great hotel. A bit of a walk from Seville old town and the Santa Cruz district, but the area is pretty nice and the views from the hotel are great! Clean room, MASSIVE bed, clean bathroom, nice hot tub and I'm sure the outdoor pool would be good too, if it had been open (we went in the off season).
Cheapest option with parking included when we booked at the last minute and we were very happy with it. Front desk staff also excellent.

I went to this hotel 5 days ago to have an interview with some clients. The staff was very agreeable and the client service was nice, the rooms are bigger than i thought. The location is so good if you want to visit the most emblematic and touristic zones of seville.

Our room was comfortable, well appointed, and quiet. Nice bed, nice bathroom, clean and reasonably priced. Not the most prepossessing neighborhood, but a straight shot to the airport. Helpful staff offered to put a package in the mail for me on Monday, as I was departing on a Sunday. Didn't try the restaurants or the breakfast buffet, so can't count on those, but they obviously make a considerable effort, with good success.
