Fantastic experience -- I wish I lived in this hotel. Pool is beautiful, the courtyard is beautiful, the rooms are beautiful. Nice little gym with plenty of equipment and fantastic customer service. Would recommend the breakfast buffet, esp. if traveling with points. Easy access (10 min walk) to the Alcazar and the Cathedral, as well as Triana across the bridge.

Probably the best hotel in Seville. Great service. Fabulous food !!! Beautiful surroundings. One tiny gripe would be the Violinist at the "Dinner under the stars"played very depressing music. Needs to be more uplifting. All in all , you must visit this place.

We only went there to grab a cappuccino in the patio. the building is beautiful and staff super friendly and attentive. Cappuccino (5 EUR) was tasty and you can spend a nice break there enjoying the historic building.

The hotel is in a great location (easy to walk or take transit to many must see places of Sevilla) and has great amenities and highly competent staff that will help you during your stay.

This is a magical place! The history, the building, the wonderfully decorated rooms. It is like entering a different world. One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The only very minor critique is that some of the staff could be a bit more proactive and forthcoming and the service on the terrace lacks a bit of coordination.

A superb 5 star hotel centrally situated and within close walking distance to ALL the main tourist attractions. Breakfast at this hotel is particularly impressive with an unbelievable choice. Everything you could possibly wish for from a very clean, comfortable hotel to enjoy your Seville vacation.

Outstanding hotel. Not cheap but very special, everything is original and beautiful. Excellent staff (concierge in particular). The terrace bar is a lovely spot to spend some time, overlooking orange trees and horse and carriages. Huge buffet breakfast.

A grand and beautiful place to visit. The interiors are detailed abs ornate, creating an air of a bygone era. Moorish influenced, and a wonderful place to go for an afternoon tea or a pre-dinner cocktail

Good installations and great services. Very beautiful and clean. Cafe and Restaurant is also very good here. Enjoyed the visit.

This is an AMAZING hotel. Great location and very attentive staff. The only thing I wasn't overly impressed with was the fact you can still smoke by the pool. I was travelling with an infant who loved to play in the water however on occasions would have someone smoking directly next to him.

Overall poor experience. Hotel has nice bones of a pretty old building, but the room was dirty and, more importantly, the service and attitude of staff is very mixed. Some nice people, but more than one or two with an unacceptably negative unhelpful attitude. The hotel also attempted not to honor its own cancellation policy by refusing to "accept" a cancellation. What does that even mean? Also, through a convoluted and dishonest charade the hotel attempted to dishonor the food and beverage credit offered through the amex fine hotels program. Definitely not worth the money and do not recommend. Will not return.

This hotel is just spectacular. My friend got married here. The food was sensational. Their drinks selection is bigger than any I've ever seen. The pink gin was sublime. We had lunch and bubbles in the room too. The tiling was fabulous. The roast veg pesto sandwich was the best sandwich I've ever tasted.

Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Building feels old and somewhat ornate. Small gym facility with dumbells, 3 treadmill and 3 universal type machines. No coffee ot tea in room and no bluetooth speakers in room. Comfortable beds and linens, good sleep quality, excellent breakfast buffet.

The food was fantastic, and the rooms were amazing. At night the hotel was beautiful with all it's lights turned on. I will come as soon as I can again.
