I stayed at this place for two days, but it was very nice. The rooms are clean, the food is delicious, especially the breakfast, and they also have a pool. If I'd stay again in this area. I wanted to visit this hotel again.

This place is awesome! The biggest and most spacious room that I've ever stayed in Europe. The bath is huge with separate bathtub, shower stall and toilet areas. Bed is so comfy! I wished I could have stayed here longer.

Nice. Had a relaxing few days by the pool. Large but friendly hotel. Food excellent. Room a little tired but I think they are slowly refurbing. Beds very comfortable. We were on an upgrade and had access to the VIP lounge which came with free coffee, nibbles and water. This made a big difference.
If you don't like the heat in summer dont go. Too many people complained about the temperature but the room was air-conditioned!

Nice rooms but again shower in bath. I don't get that at all. Love separate shower. Rooms nice though apart from that. Bit far from centre 5 to 10 euro by taxi do too far to walk and bus service not easy to find. Nice pool area. Food in main dining room buffet not great. Breakfast fine.

This is no more than a two to three star hotel at best. Just had 6 nights there and the place is run down and in serious need of a face lift. The furniture is stained, dirty facade walls and generally shabby. No tea or coffee making facilities in rooms, no free bottled water in the room and you get charged if you want a kettle. Also had to request a fridge for the room. Breakfast is the worst I have experienced in any hotel from a two star hotel up. Rock hard fried eggs come out of the kitchen, boiled eggs blue inside, tea urn not properly hot - I could go on and on.
Hotel is saved by the pool area which is lovely with a nice little terrace restaurant.response / report this review -

Over priced may be because we were there for the April Fair.
Avg rooms . staff not so warm.
the hilarious part was you have to pay 3 euros / day for a safe that is already in room. and 2 euros / hr to use the iron.. I have never seen hat or heard that before in my life
Breakfast 14 euros Vero expensive and disgusting food and bad options.. we had no choice and were hungry so ate it but would not recommend
Location wise it's about 40 min walk from the center and 15 min cab ride.
Recommend staying in the city center which is beautiful.response / report this review -

Very comfortable stay. For a bit extra we snagged a suite which was really quite plush with a walk in wardrobe and access to the private lounge with nibbles tea and coffee for free. If you snag a deal off season £60 a night in our case its a great option. Just a couple of miles from town.

I went to Al Andalus Palace in 2009 for the first time. We had been impressed by the impressive loby (huge red petals in textile hanging from the top), luxury corridors and rooms. I went back there in 2017. It now seems having aged a little. The carpet is way-used at some places. We were in the less luxury part, i don't know why (see the employee's material in ceilings opened). It's a good hotel made with a lot of taste but which needs some improvements and refreshments (decoration in rooms, dull bed-cover, painting). But good price / quality ratio !
