Interesting, mostly Moroccan-style decoration but with some rather eclectic elements for a nicely placed city hotel.

The Moorish interior really sets the mood here. The breakfast buffet is fairly solid. The rooms are spacious (for a hotel) and the faux hard wood floors are a nice touch. I visited at the end of November so did not utilise the otherwise nice looking pool. The selection at the bar is somewhat limiting but the food is fairly decent.

Two and a half stars only. This hotel is not well designed and not well kept. Toilet leaks, mold in grout and room is not well lit. Sounds insulation could be better. Breakfast is very average. Food was over cooked. Elevator was small and slow. I stayed for one night. It was acceptable.

Slightly out of the centre in the business district this is a good place to stay if you don't mind a fifteen minute walk to most of the attractions. We found the staff friendly and the rooms very clean and well managed. A beautiful hotel with glass elevators and a private pool.

Hotel Saray is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff is ever so friendly and helpfull. You only have to mention a wish and they fulfill it immediately. Beautiful and very very clean building. Beautiful, big and very clean rooms. The breakfast is overwhelming. An unbelievable variety of fruits, breads, hot and cold food The first morning I asked if there was sugar in the orange juice. And two minutes later - and every follwing morning - I was served freshly squeezed orange juice without even having asked for it. Incredible how attentive and caring the staff is. I can suggest this hotel to everybody 100%. And a big THANK YOU to everybody working in this hotel !!! And a special big THANK YOU to the lovely lady from the kitchen remembering every morning that I coudn´t eat sugar!

Clean and modern rooms. Very good wifi coverage in the rooms and public area. Parking available. The staff is very kind and professional. The bathroom was a little dated however clean. We'll be back !

This is quite the place. Breakfast and dinner buffets serve the same exact things everyday. They both don't have any (edible) fruit, and breakfast is especially lacking in the donuts and pastries department. My roommate snored extremely loudly, but that isn't the hotel's fault. We had a room for three, and they initially only gave us two room keys. After we got the third, all three eventually stopped working entirely. The elevators are slow. There are no shower curtains, and this combined with an absent fan for the bathrooms results in soaking wet bathroom floors and seemingly eternally fogged mirrors. Half the outlet don't work at night with the lights off. Other than the above, it's a stay that is do-able.
