Great rooms and clean. But very noisy, you cant talk to loud otherwise neighbours can hear you.. The airconditioner is a bit loud to. The view is amazing if you have a balcony!

Loved this hotel, very good value. It was very clean and our room had everything we needed. The pool area is lovely and has lots of sun loungers. There's also a restaurant and bar and you can eat by the pool. They offered parking for €17 a day and they parked it for you. 5 mins walk to the main strip in Granada and only about 25 mins walk to Alhambra. Staff were extremely friendly.

Lovely clean hotel. Lots of antique furnishings. Attentive staff. Beautiful medium sized pool. Bars well stocked and consideration given to moving us from main building to side of hotel due to loud guests coming following night. Will come back.

Went there for a social event. We had some refreshments and snacks by the swimming pool. Then, we went upstairs for lunch. The food was great, as well as the service. Will visit again for the spa. Great experience.

Stayed here over a night in a double room. Service was good and the room were just enough. Few spots to connect chargers and a bit farther outside the city than we first got them impression on. We also tried the spa but there only 5 out of the 8 stations worked.

Horrible☹️ I was going for a day to go to the spa and on the website it said open but when I arrived it was closed! Staff are non helpful,barely any parking spaces and we have to move our car to a diffirent car park far away!overall bad😑

To begin with, giving a rating of one star is generous.
These are the shittiest rooms in Spain that I have ever seen. The rooms are small and dirty. The beds are small and have no spring. There are no windows and to complete the ambience they have the tackiest decorations. The bathrooms fare better although I'd only use it to let my dog poop in.
The front desk people are by far the rudest people I have met in this warm and inviting country. They were not helpful in finding restaurants, helping us book a spa treatment, or even accommodating to our simple requests. Instead they held their hand up and asked me to stop speaking.
The food sucks. Let me make it very clear that it is overpriced garbage. There are very limited options (vegetarians beware!). The staff here are extremely rude and unaccommodating to our dietary needs.
The pool is small and at times overcrowded. There is no real scenery. It is close to the Alhambra but not worth it as there are many better hotels.
