  Beautifully kept 4 star hotel in north east Madrid suburb. Rooms are very well equipped and a good size without the dreaded card for electrical power. Good air-conditioning. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Food is high quality but far too expensive. Underground car park is too small and some cars are kept on the front drive. Staff will take care of parking. It is possible to find parking on streets nearby but I preferred security of car park as car crime is an issue in Madrid as in most large Spanish cities. Metro station Avenida De la Paz is about 10 minutes walk away and has regular service to central Madrid. Ticket machines sell tourist tickets as well as normal ones. The hotel is something of an oasis in a residential suburb. Overall a very comfortable experience though eating here is way overpriced.

  Un hôtel que l'on apprécie pour sa décoration authentique, son confort et sa taille humaine . Le personnel est particulièrement attentionné et efficace. Le restaurant propose une cuisine espagnole de grande finesse et qualité.

  Ein wirklich schönes kleines Hotel mit klasse Service. Nur am Sonntag gab es Abends keine warme Küche mehr. Da in der Umgebung auch so gut wie nichts ist, ist es schwer gewesen an Essen zu kommen.
