This Hotel is never a four star superior. Needs updating and would have liked to be told it takes dogs.

Disappointing, not a four star superior hotel. Been eight times to Santa Sussana stayed in seven four star hotels twice in Aqua Onabrava and it does not measure up to the rest of them. There is no attention to detail without going into it in depth.

Hotel not good, entertainment rubbish as no adult entertainment at all and all inclusive are treated like second class citizens, bar close at 11 pay bar open till 1. Really do not recommend.

great hotel for couples and families who wants to relax and travel around the area. really good breakfast and dinner. Very close to the train station.
we had a great time. I'll deffently come back again!

This hotel is just perfect! We are here for holiday and it is really great stay. All personal is kind and helpfull, animating team is perfect. All this people do really good work. We have half board and can say that we really like breakfast and dinners. Trainstation is just next to hotel. Beach is clean with shower. In the street there are lots of shops, restaurants and staff for children. I can recomanded this nice lively hotel!!!

This is one of a row of very similar hotels along the tourist strip in Santa Susanna. My guess is that they were all built with EU development funds a few years ago. They were first class when they were new but they are not being maintained and you can see them slowly sliding away with external parts of the building suffering from weathering and internal bits looking scruffy and bashed about. It's a real shame all it needs is a few guys with a paintbrush but they obviously cannot bother or don't have the money.

Aside from that it's a decent place to stay and staff are friendly. Basically a clone Spanish mass catering hotel.
