The hotel was in a great area , easy access to main attractions and the bus services to others.
It is an old fashioned hotel, has no lift and as we were on the third floor found it most challenging.
The room had a lovely view of the Alhambra but was extremely small for the cost.
The bed had a very firm mattress but this seems to be the norm in Spain.
Breakfast was very ordinary and typical of Italy and Spain , way too many sweet choices and not enough savoury. Plain yoghurts would have been a nice addition.
The staff, however, were very friendly and helpful.

Reception staff helpful. Bed comfortable. Grand room with mezzanine, good bathroom. Only a wardrobe to put clothes in, no unoccupied shelves or drawers. View was across a narrow alley to wall of neighbouring building. Hotel is next door to a club which has a late licence on some days, including Halloween when we were there - kept awake half way through that one night. Also plumbing from other people's bathrooms very noisy, as were sounds of other guest's cases trundling across the courtyard. We probably weren't given the best room as we booked at a discounted rate through Expedia. Breakfast expensive, available from other places nearby more reasonably. Free afternoon tea / coffee in the breakfast room a bonus.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Palacios de Santa Ines. The hotel is situated in an old roman building. It has a good feel about it, we often sit in the courtyard after a long day out to enjoy the atmosphere of the place. The hotel staff is efficient and helpful. It has everything we need to make our stay and visit to Granada enjoyable. The gentleman at the reception helped us to secure tickets to Alhambra and visit to the palace, which we otherwise won't have been able to do as we were having great difficulty securing tickets. The room is quite small but there is a mezzanine floor which gives us the space to relax and read in the comfortable armchair. There is ironing facility available upon request. This proves to be very helpful to us.

We also enjoyed the breakfast. There is a great selection of food to choose from. The hotel also offers afternoon tea to their guests which is a very nice gesture, especially after a long day of sightseeing.
Location wise, apart from the few steps from the street we have to navigate, it is convenient to restaurants, shops and popular historical sites.

We would gladly recommend it to our friends to stay at this hotel.

This hotel is situated very conveniently for the Alhambra, the Albaicin and the city centre either for walking or catching a bus.
The staff were very helpful and facilities were very good. The remarkable architecture and building design transported one's self back a few centuries and provided a most relaxing atmosphere.
The breakfasts could have kept one going all day due to their comprehensive choices and superior quality. The free coffee & cake in the afternoon were indeed a luxury.

Nice historic hotel in Albaicin. Quiet rooms, nice breakfast buffet and really friendly staff. Walking distance to Alhambra. Easy access by bus or taxi but not by private car.

The location of the hotel is wonderful, central but quiet. The reception is staffed by some of the most helpful people you could wish to meet, and they speak excellent English. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but in need of a bit of improvement, for example, there was no chest of drawers in our room and only a small amount of hangers. We went out for breakfast as the room in the hotel was rather depressing, but we appreciated the free tea in the afternoons.

We loved our stay at the Hotel Palacio de Santa Ines. Ania and Aaron at the front desk could not have been more hospitable. The room was clean and spacious, the beds comfortable and breakfast in the morning was great.
I would stay here again and recommend this highly to anyone. Great location, central to the square and for those of us who do not speak a great deal of Spanish, the staff were able to overcome our deficienciesThanks so much for a wonderful stay. Karen Rowe

Lovely 3 night stay at centrally-located hotel in the old town. Well-located for main sights, restaurants and airport bus. Staff delightful. Super breakfasts and free afternoon tea/coffee very welcome. Not recommended for car. Tea and coffee facilities in room which had view of Alhambra were a bonus. WiFi mostly very good.
