The hotel is centrally located, on the main road. 5 minutes from the Cathedral. A very beautiful hotel, excellent food, rooms and service. Reasonable prices.

Beautiful hotel and helpful staff, although visiting during the cooler months our room was warm and they were only supplying heat to the rooms- misleading when the website says the rooms have AC. Our room was on the street so it was too noisy to sleep with the windows open. Also the breakfast buffet is a bit pricey at 19.80€.

Very nice hotel, nice patio, perfect location. I would only ask to make clear for guests which part of the breakfast is included in their room and which part is not (it is very confusing)

A complete and pleasant surprise! I got upgraded to a room in the patio and wow was it beautiful! I got chills when I saw the courtyard. This is basically a 16th century monastery converted into a hotel. Absolutely gorgeous! As a lover of heritage and history, this was perfect. The room itself is average what you would find with other AC hotels but the setting makes all the difference. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Granada.

The hotel is situated on a main street near the city centre, on a main bus route. 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral. The hotel has comfortable rooms, good service and excellent food.

We stayed here for a few days and it was a great experience.
The check-in process was smooth and easy and the staff was vey attentive.
The room was great, wonderful bed and linens, the bathroom was great too. There were plenty of toiletries and some kits in case you forgot some essentials (shaving, tooth paste, etc.).
Breakfast is not included in the standard price and we never tried it.
WIFI was included and it was vey reliable.
We enjoyed Granada so much we extended our stay. The hotel was able to accommodate except or type of room wasn't available so we had to book a more premium room which did cost more. The room was nicer and they had some additional touches like premium toiletries, some candies, and a cool view.
We ordered room service one and it was efficient and the food tasty.
The only reason this is a four instead of 5 is that toy carb heat noise in the halls pretty easily. I also smelled cigarette smoke a few times in the first room. To be fair I never brought the cigarette smell to the management (really what can they do).

I highly recommend this property!!
