Breakfast not included in the stay.Nice,clean and modern with good wifi.commute by metro to city centre about 20 min.

Both the bed and the breakfast buffet were perfect as expected. No coffee machine or water boiler in the room. Free hi-speed wifi worked only after forcing a login page which a non IT professional would probably not have worked out on their own.

The service is not that clean. Had an issue with the shower water temperature that never got fixed and eventually got me sick. Reception staff has no clue how to deal with credit cards and blocked the charge twice on my card. I would never book here again, makes me reconsider NH as a chain.

Clean rooms, quiet with basic amenities. Courteous staff, good elevators and very accessible to the Metro, buses and main roads. Would be nice to have some complimentary coffee, tea and a couple of water bottles.

The staff is very helpful. The breakfast is pretty good with baked items, hams, fruits, yogurts, juices, coffee, and teas. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants and bars.

I frequent this hotel each work trip to Madrid I have, each time the staff are friendly, the room is great (especially for the cost) and the breakfast is always exactly the pick me up in the morning that's needed. Definatly Recommend.

As an invited overnight guest only, I cannot say anything about the breakfast nor the prices. The amenities (bathroom, main room) are basic but good. The beds are on the hard side - which is good for me, but this can of course differ for everyone. Staff are kind and speak English sufficiently well.
All in all, comfortable stay.
