The hotel was away from central Madrid . Front desk was great and accommodating . Price was good for the product . There was just little things here and there stopped me from rating four star. Few renovation and it is a four star hotrl.

Very nice hotel with everything you need for your perfect stay. Centre of madrid easily reachable by bus or by car. Friendly staff. English speaking too ! 5 star!

It is such a beautiful hotel, maybe a bit far from the city centre but still worth it. It has swimingpool, a large rooms with huge beds that make it so confortable. I would recommend anyone to visit

Got a good deal for a room. Breakfast is from 7:30am-10:30am. Even then, they cleaned up 10 minutes after the closing time and asked us if we wanted anything else. Rooms have a TV, but can't watch videos using the USB port for some reason. Wifi is provided as well.

Decent hotelgood value for money. Staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is a good range of foods. Dinner menu is a little limited but affordable. The only bad point is that you are a little out from Madrid. Not too far, but 15-20 min bus ride from Moncloa (closest metro station). But it didn't stop us from sightseeing. Also there isn't anything around the hotel, restaurants or fast food places, closest is BK 25 min walk/8 min Uberthere is free WiFi. If you are coming from the airport, grab an uber, it will be cheaper than the €45 cab ride!

This hotel is a business hotel. I would not recommend this for travellers or couples.

There's is two things I value in this kind of hotels, bed and food.

After a hard day travelling and working far of your house you just want a good dinner and good sleep.

The food is actually good, really good, but is the same menu for a whole week (two starters and two mains) so if you are there for more than 3 days you will repeat dish, I been there for a week so I just can say tired. There is a la carte menu but is not extensive too but the quality is good and price reasonable.

After a good dinner and good wine sleep should be easy, but not. I been there in two occasions in different rooms and both of them has the same firm bad mattress which stick his springs on you. Really uncomfortable. The duvet is a cheap synthetic so doesn't help as well.

The staff was great and really friendly, all of them, house keeping, bar, reception

Clean and tidy. The rooms were A little dated. Restaurant was very under par in my opinion, good breakfast selection. If you want a good cheap hotel this is it. For what we paid it was good.
