The place is very good. Is close to one of the beaches but you will need to walk a bit to reach the main beach and old city side. Bars and restaurants are close.

Absolutely ok, but not very central. As in many places in Spain, the service could be friendlier and staff at reception could be speedier. We had to wait a lot for check-in / check-out. Otherwise clean and in perfect conditions

Our original room was not available upon arrival due to an overbooked situation. The front desk agent immediately apologized, offered us a standard room for the night with the assurance our request would be ready in the morning. On top of that, complimentary breakfast and parking was granted! In this business, it's all about attention to detail and leaving great first impressions. Hotel NH COLLECTION, SAN Sebastian hit it out of the park today.
Being nice and not pushy or demanding does have its rewards😉. Thank you HNHCSS!

Really impressed with this hotel. Brilliant location, just a 5 min walk to the beautiful beach. Very clean and modern and rooms to a high standard.

I give it four stars because five of us were staying as a stop over for one night so it was booked quite last minute, and our price did not include breakfast. They wanted to charge us 25 Euros EACH for a very basic buffet breakfast. We decided this was madness so went across the road for breakfast and I think our total bill was 45 Euros not 125!!!

Overall hotel is simple. It has quite good WiFi (free) which can be used for web and streaming easily. Bedrooms are nothing special, just NH standard.

Location, clean, good size rooms and friendly staff. 5 min walk to the beach front and boardwalks. Good food

Breakfast was excellent. And facility was fine. But it is quite far from the beach about 15min. There was some ticktock noise from the bed and the wall.
