It is a great place to go but they need to add a few more thing to the reception in my opinion.
It is about a 10 minute walk away from the main town but the hotel provides a shuttle bus. The latest one you can catch is around 9.30 to 10

Five members of my family including an active 16 months old baby have just come home to Dublin after a 5 night stay at this hotel,every thing was great except very poor English speaking TV channels. it would have been nice to watch a good movie late into the evening time .ABEL {Staff member] was particularly kind and helpful to us, both in the bar and dining hall. As I mentioned above ,we travelled with our baby granddaughter and was amazed to find a huge danger to small children and adults alike near the front of the hotel and beside the B Cafe -from the grassy playing area there is an unprotected sheer fall /drop of about 4 meters down onto a concrete pathway. THIS IS A TRAGEDY WAITING TO HAPPEN And needs to be sorted out immediately to avoid needless death or serious injury to a child. I have spoken to varies members of the reception staff about my concerns and I am not convinced they will bother to do the work needed Dated 10 August 2017.
Any future guests at this hotel please report if any action has taken place with this deadly hazard.

Cosy place, 20 minutes walk to old town, or take a free shuttle that the hotel provides (or bus 16 for a couple of euros). We drove there from London, so it was nice to have parking just outside of the hotel. And who can say no to the pool!! Nice place to stay.

Great Place to stay. Very close to Ondarreta beach and 5-7 min walking distance of La Concha. 15min waking distance of downtown. Clean and great amenities.

Jung Party People disturbing in The Night. The Roms seams to be made of Paper. It's not calm and quiete here. Especialy not in July !!!!!

Unfortunately our AC was not working in room 322. We called to complaint the first night and were told to just open the door, we were lucky that the weather was cool outside. We stayed for two nights even after calling three times to complain the problem was never fixed. Other then that, the hotel was really nice and the bed very comfortable and clean. A little mold in the bathroom but not a major problem.
