Lovely hotel. Very clean. Nice pool area. For late arrivals it would be nice if a complimentary drink (water) was available in room.

Room didn't have a balcony and was noisy. The bath was dirty. I had to ask twice to be moved. Poor, unfriendly service in the restaurant. Electricity went off constantly so wi fi and tv were interrupted.

The next room was above the entertainment area so I left at 10pm.

Overall, a poor experience.

The best hotel in Torrevieja. I admit I didn't stay here (living close) but friends did and everyone was really satisfied. I visited their restaurant several times - nice. If you're looking for a hotel in Torrevieja, choose this one. Downside: there's no direct access to a beach, you will have to walk or drive (just minutes), but they have an outdoor pool. Views to the sea are incredible!

Hotel Masa International is also a head quarter of Masa International Real Estate.
Masa Int. invites their clients to stay at the hotel.. But tourists can stay there as well.
A bad choice.. Their salesmen are constantly looking for a business opportunity. At the same time they act like they are paranoid.
Rooms were horrible and dirty. Staff was rude and very poor at english.. A guy in blue overalls entering my room without knocking. What was his purpose? Cleaning staff leaving my room with open door to balcony.. Easy to enter from neighbour..
Food was ok but not fabuless.. Hotel Manager acting like an ass..
Will never stay there again.
