Extremely nice, relaxing hotel. It's clearly been built for a few years as can be seen from some of the furniture in the bedrooms. The decor is very Spanish in many parts of the hotel with lots of terracotta etc. Very clean and generally well maintained. It has some lovely,. pleasant staff who want to make your holiday enjoyable. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel with a touch of class
My partner and I stayed for eight nights in a double room with Juliet balcony. This beautiful four star hotel is in a quiet residential area with a few restaurants, bars and shops just outside the grounds. The seaside resort town of Guardamar is just under ten minutes drive away or the town centre of Quesada is only five minutes drive. The hotel La Laguna is an elegant hotel with excellent bars, restaurant and general facilities, set in very attractive grounds, all well managed by the staff and spotlessly clean and tidy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely go again. Hiring a car would be an advantage, there's plenty of private parking at the hotel, but if you don't want the responsibility you can get a taxi for seven euros into Quesada if you need to venture out of the hotel.

The hotel is well located. The staff was kind and efficient. I liked the bed, it was very confortable and the room very clean. The food from the restaurant was a delight and the spa extra relaxing, so overall i had a very good experience.

We have been coming to this Hotel since it first opened and come back every year.
It is very clean and has all the facilities you need. But above all, the staff are wonderful and friendly. And will attend to your every need. Definitely 5 star plus !!

Tired and in need of some attention.
It was like stepping back in time to 1990.
Two stars not one for the incredible staff who do their very best.
We were gifted a 60 minute spa session and massage - we couldn't spend 60 minutes in the spa because we couldn't wait to leave - the spa/jacuzzi seamed that old and dirty it was anything but relaxing and many of the facilities were not working.
