  Situated at the top end of the old quarter near the castle ruins and restaurants very convenient for parking. Hotel very clean. Staff very pleasant. Food is a bit basic. All in all a nice place to stay.

  Fantastic place, we had the junior suite for 2 nights in August, balcony stunning views, room wonderfully spacious and spa bath incredible. We love it and Cuenca and will be back!

  Not the cleanest of places and the shower didn't work properly. Breakfast was way too expensive which we got it somewhere else for a third of the price.

  This is a charming little hotel, perfectly situated to offer splendid views of Cuenca's old city. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel offer an awesome spa treatment and is close by to restaurants offering all the typical Cuencan dishes.

  Great location, just on top of the old Cuenca. The place is surrounded by breathtaking views and all tourist attractions are easy to walk to.

  We tried to book the Parador across the gorge, but thankfully, they were full. The Hotel was incredible, and the views were wonderful. Staff was patient with our limited Spanish, and internet access was great. It was, as far as I can imagine, the Cuena that Hemingway would have seen back in his ex-pat days. A great experience in all aspects.
