Cuenca is beautiful and the Paradors is the place to stay and to eat. Staff is excellent, rooms are unique and comfortable. Views are gorgeous!

Absolutely beautiful converted convent, great service, delicious food and they know how to host a wedding.
The pool is only open during the summer months, the rooms are spacious, the bridal suite is endless, and he huevos roots are worth a try!response / report this review -

Beautiful hotel in a stunning setting. The converted monastery has been put to excellent use here. The room we stayed in was tastefully decorated as well. We had a couple of drinks in the bar in the evening which were reasonably priced and the next morning we had the buffet breakfast which, although a little on the pricey side, was fresh and tasty. The décor, ambience, and setting help to make staying in this hotel a truly memorable experience.

The Parador in Cuenca is placed in a magical setting over looking the hanging houses of Cuenca. Not only was it perfectly placed for exploring the old town there also many spectacular walks through the gorge along the river. Our stay here was absolutely magical despite the bad winter weather. As always the food, the service and the people at the Parador was nothing less than outstanding.

Good place. A little bit expensive but its worth It. A good place to dinner in Cuenca and enjoy the wonderful sightseen.
