Good hotel but not 4*. Had just a smoll swimming pool, the sea was a bit far, food was good but not outstanding, desserts were not good at all, the activities were very good, staff was very good..overall a good 3* hotel but not 4* as the hotel environment was smoll for a 4*. We had all inclusive package and on top we had to spend a lot more as in sea side the cafe was expensive and had only 20% discount from our all inclusive package.

I have stayed in this Hotel at least 6 times over the last few years
Usually it's the Christmas & New year period, our family have always enjoyed the hotel and you can have a laugh with the staff as well
I wish we were there for this Christmas / New year 2017 into 2018 but unfortunately not this time
There is always plenty of choice of food and drink and the Hotel rooms are always clean and tidy
A big thank you to all the staff and Managers at the Hotel and Ferris Coach Holidays for getting us there and arranging the holiday at a very good price
We will always be back for 2018 to 2019 Christmas / New Year holiday break.response / report this review -

It's an ok hotel. Rooms are very noisy, pool is ice cold, most of staff are very friendly. Food is same most days few different bits but lunch and dinner the same. Breakfast is good. Wouldn't stay again tho. Evening entertainment is more for the older Spanish guests. Bit disappointing really!! 😣

Hotel is great, you are well catered for.. chosen all inclusive and food was good all week offering simple cuisine to more adventurous. Drinks are good offering house or premium for a charge, pools are good and spa facilities are good but not well advertised. Whole hotel is clean and the staff worked very hard to make your stay enjoyable, the kids team also make the children enjoy their time at the hotel. My only criticism is the beds, for me found these uncomfortable staff have been brilliant and let us change rooms but not much better.. this aside well recommend.

Hotel was nice, most guests are elderly so I wouldn't say it's a family hotel. Food was ok. David from the entertainment team is great with the few kids that were there, my little boy loved him. Magic show is a must see.

This Hotel has very friendly staff especially the Aziz the bar attendant. This hotel is very good for families as the entertainment is great with the kids club and also so adults during the day and on an evening. The food is great although it can get rather busy at meal times.

We have been going to this hotel for years since 1994 this is one of our favourite and we like the staff always get a good welcome the walls are is Finn as paper you always hear people next door but we have always enjoyed it there

This is the better of the h top hotels in calella. Its worth paying a little extra as the food here is much better than the olympic.
