El hotel está situado en el centro a 10 metros del puente. Hay un parquing grande de arena justo detrás del hotel donde poder aparcar sin problema. La habitación estaba bien, y el desayuno era tipo buffet y estaba muy rico. Recomendable.

Encantador, acogedor, muy amables y simpáticos. Era nuestra hora de salir del hotel y nos guardaron las maletas para no cargar con ellas mientras seguíamos visitando el pueblo. Ofrecen tés durante todo el día, puedes encender la chimenea, etc. Un encanto de lugar.

Жили в отеле 6 дней в период проведения фестиваля «Средневековый Бесалу-2017». Отель расположен очень удачно на противоположном от города берегу реки Флувия. Только в этом отеле все номера имеют вид на город и Римской мост PONT VELL. От входа в отель до моста всего 20 метров. Рядом с отелем есть бесплатная автостоянка. Из-за большого наплыва туристов во время проведения фестиваля и малого количества отелей в городе, заказ номера на сайте отеля оформили еще в октябре 2016 года. Интерьеры гостиницы оформлены картинами местных художников. Все угловые номера имеют выходы на балконы на обе стороны. Номер чистый, уютный с обстановкой в стиле 60-х годов 20 века. Уборка номера каждый день, постельное белье менялось через день, полотенца в душе — по требованию. Приятный, внимательный и отзывчивый персонал. По английски говорят только сеньора Анна, очень добрая и общительная женщина и ее сын Джерард, приятный молодой человек. Он вел с нами переписку в течение года до нашего приезда, оперативно отвечая на наши вопросы относительно организации проведения фестиваля. В Бесалу мы добирались на арендованном авто из Барселоны и сеньора Анна к оговоренному времени нашего прибытия встретила нас, провела по отелю и рассказала его историю. Завтраки простые, но сытные в домашней уютной обстановке. Отель небольшой, обслуживанием номеров и посетителей во время завтраков занимается немолодая семейная пара. Они не говорят по английски, но очень добры и общительны. Мы случайно встретились с ними вечером на улице в городе и они тепло и радушно приветствовали нас как хороших знакомых. Осталось самое приятное впечатление и воспоминания от проживания и общения с людьми, работающими в отеле. Рекомендуем этот отель для людей, ценящих домашний уют и спокойствие и не привыкшим к хай-теку и постоянно работающим гаджетам.

We had been living 6 days in the hotel ELS JARDINS DE LA MARTANA during the festival BESALU MEDIEVAL-2017. The hotel is very good situated on the opposite side from Besalu on the coast of river Fluvia. All this hotel’s rooms only have view to the Besalu and medieval bridge PONT VELL. Just 20 meters only are from the hotel’s entry to the Bridge. There is public parking 50 meters off the Hotel. Due to lot of tourists during the Festival and insufficiency of hotels in Besalu the room’s booking had being made via the hotel’s web-site at the October, 2016. The Hotel’s interiors are decorated with pictures of local painters. All corner rooms have balconies to both sides. The room is clean and comfortable with style of 60ths of 20 century. Rooms cleaning had every day, linings change day after day, towels in bathroom on request. Staff is pleasant, responsive and attentive. Only senora Anna, very kind and sociable woman, and her son Gerard, yang pleasant men, speak English. He had being maintaining E-mail conversation during the year before our arrival answering to our questions regarding to the Festival. We had arrived to Besalu from Barcelona and senora Anna had greeted us at the pointed time, guided through the Hotel and told the Hotel’s history. The breakfasts are common but nourishing going on in home surrounding. The Hotel is not big and the room’s and breakfast’s servicing is conducted by the not yang couple. They don’t speak English but very kind and sociable. Once at evening we had met them on town’s street and they saluted us very cordial as well known friends. We have best expression and reminiscences about being in the Hotel and communication with peoples working there. We recommend the hotel ELS JARDINS DE LA MARTANA in Besalu for thous who appreciate domestic surrounding and calmness and have not in habit Hy-Tech.

La entrada al hotel fue tarde como habiamos avisado sobre las 11 de la noche, nos atiende una persona medio en pijama que sale de una habitación y simplemente nos enseña un poco la habitacion y los 2 salones pequeños del hotel (por lo que nos dio entender el vive en esa habitación) .
Una vez que dejamos las maletas y demás, y necesitamos de papel higienico para hacer las necesidades pues vemos que no hay Por cierto tampoco tenia escobilla.
Día siguiente pedimos papel higiénico y nos lo dan y se disculpan
La habitación se oyen todos los ruidos tanto de las demás habitaciones, como de la pequeña recepción en la primera planta o del salonsito o de la zona de desayunos o incluso cuando otra habitación ya sea de arriba o la de al lado tiraba de la cisterna.
Cama de matrimonio me dieron como pedí, sii, pero tambien hacia bastante ruido al más minimo movimiento.
Las habitaciones son muy sencillas y anticuadas Las dos personas vestidas con ropa de calle y despeinadas que te preguntan por si quieres que te hagan un poco de zumo (lo hacen a mano en l mismo momento en una habitación al lado de las 5 mesas para sentarte a desayunar) son las que al mismo tiempo, están haciendo los servicios de las habitaciones
Finalmente el precio de 90€ por cada noche es muy caro para lo que se ofrece un hotel diría hostal en el que lo único que cabe destacar positivamente es la buena ubicacion del hostal y la vista desde la pequeña zona de desayunoresponse / report this review -

Trato agradable, tiene un salón y una biblioteca q te invita a relajarte, pero las habitaciones muy pobres para el precio q pagas. No tiene ni secador, ni vaso en el lavabo. No se ajusta el precio con el lugar

Buen sitio pero las ventanas son viejas y están mal aisladas, por lo que oíamos todo desde la habitación. No hay ascensor en el hotel, y hay que subir uno o dos pisos de escaleras. Por lo demás bien.
