  Small hotel, was clean. Did not like that entrance was so controlled. Had to turn key in when leaving and ask for it when returning.

  Very small room and very small bathroom. Needed to sleep with the AC turned on all night at 17°C due to the extreme heat at September 30th. Very hard to reach the hotel with car due to the small streets and has no parking available. The hotel is located at 5 minutes walking from the Cathedral.

  Super clean room with A/C, bathtub and complete amenity. Amazing location in the charming Santa Cruz neighborhood, 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral and the Alcazar. No wonder why this hotel is always fully booked. The best asset of this hotel, however, is the friendly and helpful receptionists especially Hierberto, who made my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. They all speak English perfectly. I've found the value for money on their single room was the best in Spain.

  Amazing hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean libby, hotel room and bathroom. Nice amenities. Perfect central location (a few minutes to the Cathedral).
