My room did smell of mold, the toilet in my room did smell of old urine.
Bad cleaning of the room after The gest before me.
I ordered gluten free salad, got salad with croutons
When my friend was going to visit me the frontdesk said that no one with my name stayed at the hotel. When my friend asked them to look again they said that I checked out even though I did not.response / report this review -

The hotel is located in a industrial estate. There are public bus 28 which will takes you to the train station in 15mins. By taking the public transport, you will need at least 45mins to go to the tourist sights. The rooms are the usual ibis standard with basic amenities. No tea and coffee making facilities in room but serves a very hearty buffet breakfast at €7.95.

Usually we have a better experiences at IBIS hotels. Here are a few thoughts. They only have 9 free parking spaces, although another 30 or so are chained off for a business that isn't using them. We booked and paid for two rooms, but only one was setup and shown at the hotel. Expedia called and straightened it out, not sure who dropped the ball, but it made check-in a 30 minute operation, 15 of which was on an international call to support at our cost. Not faulting either for that mix up, those things happen. When we got the rooms, one smelled smokey, even though it's 100% smoke free. We asked for a new room and was given a room further from our adjoining room, also not a problem. We did notice a few ants in this new room before going to sleep, but in the morning there were ants all over the place. We didn't alert hotel staff as there was no remedy for us and it would not have changed our experience. Overall the hotel was clean and well presented. The waiting area is nice, and the cafe and dining area looked great. The staff was pleasant. helpful and attentive to our needs. We'd stay here again.

Lovely hotel.. very quite.. bar open non stop.. restaurant fab.. staff are lovely and helpful.. they speak clear English.. bus ride away to historic places.. rooms spacious and clean

Staff very frendly. Easy to go in the city center with bus (15 minutes ). Good price but go away if you want a palace, it's an Ibis. Modern, clean with the essential stuffs. Good adress for business or tourism travel.
