Good Hotel. Decent location, by Seville FC. You can walk to most of the main attractions of Seville in just over 20 minutes. The hotel staff were very helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent! The rooms were very clean. There are also some shops nearby including the Nervion Plaza shopping centre.

Check in staff were very helpful. Room was fine clean tidy etc. Location was good. Within 200 yards of a metro station. Good advice from hotel staff about travel. Breakfast was all quite cold. Very busy and a bit messy. Restaurant and bar were closed on the night we stayed as a BBQ was laid on by the pool. Didn't fancy this as a tight space and by water thought we would get bitten by mozzies.

Well located, on the bus route from the Airport, next to a large shopping centre, the Sevilla Football Stadium and a two minute walk to the metro station. The historic centre is reachable by the metro (three stops) or is about a twenty minute walk. The pool area is good. The breakfast has an excellent selection of hot and cold produce too.

Clean, good AC, excellent WiFi and close to the underground.The breakfast, however, was awful, and the TV reception very poor. My superior room was huge, the furniture was a bit dated, though. Comfortable beds.

Everything was in fine order. Only one aspect presented a problem. When you arrive at the street level, with heavy suitcases, there is no way to utilize the elevator to arrive at # 1, reception, other than walking up the stairs. I understand why your method protects non-residents from going up into the hotel's upper floors. Perhaps you could have a dedicated elevator that ONLY goes to floor # 1, or an escalator. I especially liked the fact that t he hotel is 500 m from the metro stop.

From Reception to Breakfast staff to room cleaning and bar we could not fault the service we received - indeed at breakfast if you were not careful they cleared away your plate when you paused from eating the excellent food !
Check out was smooth and you do not have to vacate the room until a reasonable hour which means packing is not rushed.
The hotel was ideally positioned being close to the Metro (very efficient and cheap) and we went for the Easter Services and Parades - one of which started outside the hotel - perfect!!

Room is adequate for 4 people. Rooftop pool not yet open, despite temperatures in the high twenties in April, it doesn't open until May. Very handy for the Metro station, with the train running straight into the city centre. The city centre is walkable but your feet may be tired after a day walking round the sights. The hotel is part of a shopping centre and there are plenty of cheap places to eat and drink nearby. The breakfast is very good.
