Todos os atendentes foram muito educados e prestativos. Quartos limpos e confortáveis. Localização ótima, perto de estação de metrô e de ponto de parada do bus tour. Boas opções de restaurantes próximos. Excelente custo benefício.

Quiet location, close to public transport. Easy to get to from Barcelona Airport and about 15 mins to the centre by metro. Room was small but had a large terrace attached (which was bigger than the actual room) Staff were helpful and always available.
The bed was beside the elevator shaft so you could hear it every time it moved floors in the night. The hairdryer, which is wired to the wall worked intermittently because it was clogged with dust. The walls were pretty thin in general as we could here the cleaning staff all day moving around.response / report this review -

Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms very clean and whilst small, are very well setup. Bathroom also a decent size.
My only negative is that the shower/bath is very small and the shower curtain constantly getting stuck to you makes it difficult to shower.
