Comfortable room, helpful staff, close to underground and other public transport.

First night, room had air conditioning. Tonight, broken or switched off. The system is just blowing lukewarm air instead. €150 a night and I have to sleep in a 26°C sauna. Disgraceful. Silken Ramblas was just as bad in the winter so it seems to be a trend in this chain.

Overpriced, otherwise no issue with the rooms or service. Very nice and helpful concierge staff. Good breakfast.

Average hotel and nothing stood out about it. Was clean and had nice receptionists. Breakfast didn't start until fairly late (8:00) which was difficult to manage if you wanted to try and beat lines on some tourism.

Great hotel, with free Wi-Fi. Close to metro stop and a great little market! Nice restaurant and bar in hotel lobby with a wonderful breakfast! There are also two restaurants with outdoor seating right next door. I would definitely stay here again!

Decent hotel. Rooms are too small, the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is well located, and has a parking, which is very convenient.

Rooms and beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is diverse and delicious. The only negative is the bed is just two single matresses shoved together, which if you're there for your honeymoon like we were probably isn't what you want.

I was having a good time til this morning leaving to airport. Front desk seems rude. Told them 5 people. Morning front desk person seem mad, that he was not informed. Got us two cabs instead one. He also lied to me and so there was no Van in the morning. So instead of 40 dollars cab ride to the airport. I spent 80. Room had bugs in it. Dont know why our travel person book us here.

Needs refurbishing but good value for money. Good location close to the metro.

Service was decent. Breakfast was pretty good, a nice selection of meats and pastries, add well as eggs or bacon upon request. The Jacuzzi jets in our suite did not work, not did the shirt steamer.
