Amazing Hotel with a great view! I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone who is going to port Aventura, as its a ten minute bus ride.

Lovely hotel and fabulous views . Resort very quiet but it served the purpose for my daughter and I as we wanted a relaxing holiday. Good choice of food every night but maybe a hand sanitiser at entrance to restaurant would be good. Hotel entertainment poor but that didn't bother us. Handy to buses and plenty of tours available Would stay here again.

Absolute wonderful stay we had. Friendly staff, very clean rooms. Amazing views. And the food! Wow! And the location is perfect. Not to close to town, But also Close enough to town! With transport links very good.

Nice hotel, the rooms could do with modernising, very noisy in the mornings with glass bins being collected at half six. Domestic staff also very loud. The food isn't great and you'll be searching all day for a clean plate.

Das Hotel Best Negresco überzeugt mit dem schön Angelegten Pool auf der Meerseite.Der Service ist nett und freundlich aber keiner kann auch nur im geringsten Deutsch. Das Zimmer ist für ein 4* recht klein aber mich störte das nicht,da ich mich da eh nicht aufgehalten habe. Die Lage war relativ gut aber vom Hauptstrand sehr weit entfernt. Es gab dafür kleine Strand abschnitte wo man meistens ein wenig klettern müsste um dahin zu kommen. Alles in einem bekommt das Hotel Best Negresco 3*

Food in hotel was fine, not amazing but good choice and standard. Room was very clean and staff really friendly. They remove towels that have been left to save sunbeds if people just leave them out which is a good thing so there were sunbeds around the pool all of the time.
