This is the best hotel I have been to. But I'm giving 4 stars because the cooler doesn't work. Which is a bummer. Because we would love a cold bottle of water now and then. I am staying at room 016H.

Rooms get cleaned daily. But looking at some of these reviews I have to say that some of these people do complain a lot. The type of people who are too lazy to wipe their own azz. Anyways, staff is really friendly and they do try to do their best to make our visit as comfortable as possible.

Brilliant place was here with my kids who loved the swimming pool especially the pirate ship, rooms were very clean and staff very friendly. The food was excellent you had a different choice every night and they had a kids menu on too which helped my picky kids. They have entertainment on every night first was for the kids then they had adult entertainment on after.

Very good family hotel. Good pools and family entertainment. Close to secluded beaches but quite far from Salou centre (cheap & frequent local transport, hourly throughout the night). Thin walls, so rooms are noisy even after 11pm!

Excellent stay
We are just back from a week in the glorious sun at a perfect hotel and location . Very very clean with plenty of staff that are helpful , hard workers were everything is done professionally chairs and tables lined up in co-ordination with each other. We went as a family self catering. Shop and pizza place are on site . Pizzas are nice , entertainment every night for kids . We loved the place . Bus stop close by with a small village of bars and food . Visited Salou itself which is less than 10mins on a bus it's a very busy place so loved returning to our quiet place of stay. Swimming pools are excellent. Would return in the morning loved it

Now been here 3 times. Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Plenty to do for kids and adults alike.

Rooms are clean and spacious, staff are friendly and helpful and it's close to several local amenities. Resort also has a supermarket on site that charges sensible.prices.

Can't recommend this place enough, if you are looking for a good family holiday this should be one of your top choices.

Perfectly located just up the street from a beach and supermarkets and bus stop/taxi is just out the front. We went self catering and cooking facilities are OK but could do with an oven as limited what to make 4 kids. Entertainment is good for kids but is in Spanish. Over all it is a good hotel and staff are brilliant.

Stayed from 7/5 - 12/5 2017 staff were friendly, food was excellent and room was cleaned daily making for a very relaxing break.

Lovely hotel for family. A bit far from center. Good food options and nice beaches nearby. Cleaners could have been a little better topping up toiletries and cleaning terrace.
