Beautiful, clean, classy place. Only thing that could be improved is the pool bar closes the 1st week in October even though the hotel is still at capacity and the temperatures are still at 25°

Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful but the food 😣 soup was cold every night and if you did not get the meat or chips ASAP they were also cold..on a positive note they did fresh stirfry fish burgers every night endless to say that was what we ate.location is great because a beautiful cove is just on the back of hotel cap salou is a quiet spot though we did find a great wee bar called route 66..would not stay here again but would definitely go back to cap salou .

Okay value for money, but make sure to come during off-season so it's not too crowded. Food is not that great and the drinks aren't so good either except the beer. The receptionist spoke zero English. The gym was very old and not sufficiently equipped + no air con. There were NO toilet brushes in the hotel roomsthe little beach strip is nice and I can recommend the bar across the street 'Route 66'!

I've recently returned from hotel cap Salou where I spent a week with my partner, the hotel is nice and kept clean every day and also serves good food, the hotel is situated on the beach which I loved and the restaurants around the area were also really nice, it's a few minutes in a taxi to the main centre of Salou. The only problem I do have, which is the hotels only downfall is their reception staff, I had a problem with checking out online before I left to come home which I asked the woman on reception for help, she was so rude and unhelpful it was unbelievable, she even walked away from me while I was trying to ask a question. The hotel is good but should really up their game with their customer service skills as this is not acceptable to paying customers, they should also learn to speak better English.I would like to return here again but hopefully the rude receptionist will not be their. the worst hotel if thats what you can call it!!! the most rude bad mannered staff you could ever have. the rooms are poor and the only good thing is the food. would never ever stay here again! all the guests are russian and they are very rude people.
